Every Etsy seller wants to maximize their sales. While there isn’t a trade secret for how to sell on Etsy, I do recommend using a market research tool to research in-demand and trending products. A market research tool saves you time by helping you identify what people are actually buying, so you don’t invest time creating products that won’t sell well. Many market research tools also offer valuable insights into your revenue and shop.
One of my favorite market research tools is Everbee, which I’ll be discussing at length today in this breakdown of EverBee’s features, pricing, and much more.

What is EverBee?
EverBee is a market research tool that helps Etsy sellers find trending, in-demand products to sell on Etsy. The tool also provides you with product research and revenue analytics.
EverBee is a Chrome extension, making this a user-friendly tool that provides you with invaluable insights and information as you browse on Etsy.
Once you’ve signed up for EverBee, you can connect your existing Etsy shop to the platform to receive additional details and analytics. If you’re nervous about connecting your Etsy shop to EverBee, don’t worry! This connection allows EverBee to improve its estimated sales algorithm and provide you with better data and accuracy with their insights. After all, the more accurate and in-depth the information they provide, the better you can use this to grow your shop.
EverBee Features
So, what features does EverBee offer? Here are this extension’s primary features:
- Product research: Most people use EverBee for this feature alone. EverBee helps you do in-depth product research quickly so you can see which products have the highest demand.
- Time-saving: Wasting time creating products that don’t sell is incredibly frustrating. As a business owner, time is money and you could use this time instead to create something trending or in high demand. Alternatively, your product could be fantastic, but if the tags or listing aren’t right, it won’t appear in search results, which is a wasted opportunity. EverBee helps you avoid this with its detailed analytics and product research.
- Revenue analytics: One of the most critical analytics EverBee provides is last month’s estimated revenue for individual products. EverBee estimates that their algorithm has an average accuracy rate of 80% regarding revenue estimates. Knowing this information helps you price your products competitively. After all, you may find that you are pricing your products too low and that customers are willing to pay more, or you may be pricing your product too high and scaring away customers.
- Create best-selling items: EverBee assesses what items are top sellers to help you create your own best-selling products in your niche. Information like what people are buying, estimated monthly revenue per product, and more, gives you a firm idea of what you should be selling to create a profitable store.
- Tag analytics: As you can see below, EverBee provides an in-depth look at listing data, including tags. This insider information gives you a look at how competitors are tagging their products, which can help you tag your products more successfully so they show up in search results better. Some of EverBee’s plans also show search volume for individual tags so that you can identify which of your competitor’s tags are the most successful and experiment with others to see if they take off.
What Does EverBee Cost?
One of the biggest advantages of using EverBee is that they offer a free plan. Once you’ve expanded your store and are looking to reinvest, you may want to consider some of their other plans:
- Hobby Plan (Free): The Hobby Plan includes revenue analytics, tag analytics, and ten analytics searches per month. No credit card is required to sign up.
- Pro Plan ($7.99/month): The Pro Plan gives you 30 analytic searches per month, revenue and tag analytics, and unlimited favorites folder uses.
- Growth Plan ($29.99/month): The Growth Plan is my favorite for established sellers because it offers unlimited analytics searches, listing tags, and revenue estimates per month. It also provides unlimited favorites folder uses and additional listing and shop data.
With the Growth Plan, additional data on listing reviews, processing time, shipping location, shop age, shop review count, and more is also available.
Is EverBee Worth It?
I would say that EverBee is totally worth it! If nothing else, I’d recommend trying their free Hobby Plan and seeing if it’s a tool that you find helpful for your business.
If you upgrade to a Pro or Growth Plan, I’ve found that EverBee is priced competitively and offers similar features in a user-friendly interface. The free Hobby Plan is limiting as you only have ten analytics searches per month. However, most market research tools offer limited free plans or short free trials, so this isn’t an uncommon practice.
Some of the top reasons I use EverBee include its detailed shop and revenue analytics, insight into competitor’s tags, product research to help me find trends and in-demand products, and the massive amount of time it saves me. EverBee gives you access to more information than you could find on your own and significantly reduces manual work. I also love that EverBee is a Chrome extension as it makes browsing Etsy and assessing potential products and competitors’ stores easy.
